CT-5102 Encoder Input Module 2 Channel 5VDC

The CT-5102 Encoder Input Module from Sichuan Odot Automation is a high-performance, dual-channel interface designed for precision motion control and real-time position feedback in demanding industrial applications. It supports both A/B quadrature incremental encoders and pulse-direction encoders, with 5VDC signal compatibility and flexible sourcing/sinking input configurations—making it ideal for servo motors, rotary encoders, and linear displacement sensors.

With a maximum input frequency of 1.5 MHz and selectable x1/x2/x4 quadrature decoding, the module delivers ultra-high resolution for applications like high-speed pick-and-place, laser cutting, packaging machinery, and AGV navigation.

Each channel includes one digital input (5V/24V compatible), one 5V digital output, and a dedicated 5V power output to directly power connected encoders—reducing external wiring complexity. Magnetic isolation between the internal bus and field signals ensures robust immunity against electrical noise, while 16 LED indicators provide clear visibility of encoder status, direction, power, and communication. Built-in measurement functions enable real-time calculation of load speed or signal frequency, supporting predictive maintenance.

As a core motion-sensing component of the ODOT open automation platform, the CT-5102 delivers reliable, responsive, and easily integrable position feedback for next-generation smart manufacturing.
