Module features

The 8-channel thermocouple analog input module by ODOT Automation is a high-performance solution for precision industrial temperature monitoring, engineered to overcome global challenges such as multi-type thermocouple incompatibility, signal noise, long-term drift, and field surge damage.

It supports 8 independent thermocouple inputs and is configurable for 9 standard thermocouple types，covering applications from cryogenic labs to high-temperature metallurgy. Critical reliability features include magnetic isolation between the internal backplane bus and field inputs—eliminating ground loops—and TVS overvoltage protection on every channel to guard against lightning, arcs, and switching transients.Eight dedicated LED indicators enable real-time channel diagnostics, accelerating troubleshooting.

Proven in European glass furnace Control Systems, North American semiconductor process tools, and Middle Eastern petrochemical reactors, the CT-3848 integrates seamlessly with major PLC/DCS platforms and complies with CE and industrial EMC standards.
