Module features
The CT-3844 4-channel thermocouple analog input module by Sichuan Odot is engineered for high-reliability industrial temperature monitoring, directly addressing global challenges such as limited thermocouple type compatibility, noise susceptibility in low-level signals, field surge vulnerability, and poor diagnostics.
 It supports 4 independent thermocouple inputs, configurable for 9 standard types, covering the full industrial temperature spectrum from cryogenic to ultra-high heat. Featuring a 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) ADC and adjustable filter parameters, it accurately resolves microvolt-level thermoelectric signals while rejecting power-line interference and EMI.
Critical reliability features include magnetic isolation between the internal backplane bus and field inputs—eliminating ground loops—and TVS overvoltage protection on every channel to guard against lightning and switching transients. Four dedicated LED indicators enable real-time channel status visibility for faster troubleshooting. 
Proven in European injection molding temperature control, North American lab equipment, and Middle Eastern petrochemical pipeline monitoring, the CT-3844 integrates seamlessly with major PLC/DCS platforms and complies with CE and industrial EMC standards. 
As a high-accuracy, high-protection industrial thermocouple input module with built-in cold-junction compensation, the CT-3844 delivers dependable temperature data for global manufacturing, energy, and research applications.
