Module feature
The CT-3834 is a high-precision 4-channel thermocouple (TC) temperature acquisition module, supporting 8 standard thermocouple types—including K, J, T, E, N, R, S, and B—for accurate temperature measurement across an ultra-wide range from sub-zero to up to 1800°C. 
Designed as a robust industrial thermocouple input module, it features a 24-bit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) ADC and adjustable digital filter parameters, enabling microvolt-level signal resolution and exceptional noise immunity in electrically harsh environments such as steel mills, glass furnaces, and heat treatment lines. Each input channel is galvanically isolated and equipped with TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) overvoltage protection, safeguarding the module against voltage spikes from lightning, inductive loads, or wiring faults—significantly enhancing system reliability and longevity. 
The CT-3834 includes built-in cold junction compensation, eliminating the need for external hardware and reducing panel space and cost. With its high integration and rugged design, this multi-channel TC acquisition module is widely deployed in metal smelting monitoring, ceramic sintering control, boiler safety interlocks, aerospace test benches, and industrial energy management systems. 
Ideal for DIN-rail mounting in PLC or DCS cabinets, the CT-3834 delivers a secure, scalable, and future-ready solution for high-accuracy thermocouple temperature data acquisition in demanding automation and IIoT applications.
