Module features

In industrial temperature monitoring, users often struggle with incompatible RTD wiring, channel crosstalk, electrical noise-induced drift, or insufficient accuracy that compromises process control.

The CT-3734 RTD Temperature Acquisition Module from ODOT Automation is engineered to overcome these challenges. It supports 4 independent PT100 RTD inputs, compatible with both 2-wire and 3-wire sensor configurations, offering flexibility for diverse field installations.

Each channel features 1500V electrical isolation, and the module employs magnetic isolation between the internal bus and field inputs—eliminating ground loops and ensuring stable operation even in high-noise environments like boilers, chemical reactors, or injection molding machines.

With a 15-bit ADC resolution, it captures subtle temperature variations with high fidelity, making it ideal for demanding applications in food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, HVAC, and battery testing for new energy systems. Four dedicated LED indicators provide instant visual feedback on sensor status (e.g., open-circuit detection), accelerating commissioning and maintenance.

As a core sensing component of the ODOT open automation platform, the CT-3734 delivers precise, noise-immune, and wiring-flexible temperature data—enabling safer, smarter, and more reliable industrial thermal management.
