CT-7220 Power Supply Extension Module 5V 2A

The CT-7220 Power Supply Extension Module (5V/2A) by Sichuan Odot is a compact, high-efficiency industrial power solution engineered to maximize system flexibility and conserve I/O resources.

Unlike conventional power modules, the CT-7220 occupies no I/O slot or module channel—replacing the previous CT-7221 model with a truly “zero-slot” design that frees valuable backplane space for additional functional modules.

It delivers dual power outputs: 2A @ 5VDC for system logic power (e.g., PLC backplane) and up to 8A of field power (typically 24VDC) for sensors, valves, and other peripherals—meeting the demanding dual-rail requirements of modern distributed Control Systems. With plug-and-play operation and no software configuration needed, integration is fast and error-free.

The CT-7220 has been successfully deployed in European machinery production lines, North American beverage filling systems, and Southeast Asian smart building controls, effectively eliminating communication dropouts caused by insufficient power headroom.

As a slot-free, high-output, configuration-free power extension module, the CT-7220 offers global integrators a smarter, more cost-effective way to build scalable, high-availability remote I/O architectures.
