The Power Expansion I/O Module is an essential intelligent component in modern distributed Industrial Automation systems, delivering not only high-density, highly reliable digital and analog signal acquisition/output capabilities but also innovatively integrating local power management to dramatically simplify wiring, reduce energy consumption, and enhance overall operational efficiency. 
In traditional remote I/O architectures, signal and power lines must be routed separately—leading to higher cable costs, more failure points, and complex installation. Our Power Expansion I/O Modules solve this by incorporating efficient built-in DC-DC converters or bus-powered designs that draw operating power directly from the communication backbone (e.g., Modbus TCP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, or CANopen) and deliver stable, isolated local power to connected sensors, actuators, or field devices—enabling true “single-cable + integrated power” deployment.
