The CT-2224 4-Channel Digital Output Module from Sichuan Odot Automation is engineered for demanding, high-current applications. It delivers four 24VDC sourcing outputs (high-level active), with a robust 3.3A per channel rating—capable of directly powering high-load relays, hydraulic/pneumatic solenoid valves, and motor starters in injection molding machines, packaging lines, water treatment plants, and industrial furnace controls.

Each channel features optocoupler isolation between the internal bus and field outputs for electrical safety and noise immunity. Critically, it integrates four-layer protection: overcurrent, short-circuit, overload, and thermal shutdown—automatically disabling outputs during faults to prevent hardware damage and ensure system integrity. Four dedicated LED indicators provide real-time visual status for rapid troubleshooting.
