Module features

The CT-126F 16-channel digital input module by Sichuan Odot is a high-performance 24VDC NPN (sink-type) input module engineered for smart factory applications, designed to reliably acquire signals from proximity sensors, photoelectric switches, and dry contacts.

It features 16 isolated input channels, compatible with both 2-wire and 3-wire NPN sensors (dry contact or active output), and—critically—occupies no slot in the I/O configuration, enabling “zero-footprint” system expansion.

Each channel includes a dedicated LED indicator for real-time status visibility and offers configurable signal filtering to suppress contact bounce and electrical noise. A standout feature is its built-in 32-bit counter per channel (<200 Hz), supporting independent counting mode and direction detection—ideal for measuring speed, flow, or position pulses.

With optional sub-modules, it can further enable field power monitoring and enhanced counting capabilities. The module also supports adjustable input signal hold time, ensuring critical states are preserved during communication interruptions. An external 24VDC supply is required for sensor loop power, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
