DN-8031 Modbus TCP Network Adapter

Module Features

The DN-8031 is a high-performance Modbus TCP server adapter featuring dual Ethernet ports with switch cascade support and concurrent access for up to 10 clients. It extends up to 32 I/O modules with total process data of 8192 bytes and supports Modbus function codes 01/02/03/04/05/06/15/16/23, plus watchdog functionality. Its high-speed redundant backplane bus achieves a full-load refresh cycle of just 0.6 ms.

Equipped with pluggable spring terminals (0.2–1.5 mm² / AWG 24–16), staggered layout for easy wiring, and two-stage installation, the module ensures convenient maintenance. Full isolation between internal bus, system power, and field power prevents interference. Onboard LEDs and an OLED screen provide real-time diagnostics and key parameter visibility—no software required.
