CT-222H Digital Output Module Source 32DO

The CT-222H 32-channel digital output module by Sichuan Odot is a high-density, high-performance 24VDC source-type (PNP) output module, engineered to directly drive industrial loads such as relays, solenoid valves, pilot lights, and small contactors.

It delivers 32 independent output channels, each capable of sourcing up to 0.5A, operating with high-level active logic (output = 24V when ON)—making it ideal for integration with European-standard PLCs and PNP-based control architectures. All channels are fully isolated from the internal backplane bus via high-speed opto-couplers, eliminating ground loops and protecting the control system from field-side transients.

Each channel features a dedicated LED indicator for real-time status visibility, accelerating commissioning and troubleshooting. The module integrates four-layer protection: overcurrent, short-circuit, overload, and thermal shutdown functions automatically disable affected channels during faults and support self-recovery—preventing cascading failures and ensuring system uptime.
