Module Features
The DN-8037 CC-Link IE Field Basic Network Adapter from Sichuan Odot Automation is a high-performance communication interface designed for real-time, reliable Industrial Networking. Featuring dual-port switch cascade support, it can connect up to 32 I/O modules and handle 1024-bit RX/RY and 512-word RWr/RWw data capacity. It supports up to 16 remote stations within 100 meters and achieves an ultra-fast full-load refresh cycle of just 0.6 ms via a high-speed redundant backplane bus—ideal for time-critical applications in automotive assembly, packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, and flexible manufacturing lines.
The module uses pluggable spring-clamp terminals (0.2–1.5 mm²) for quick wiring and provides complete isolation between the internal bus, system power, and field power to ensure robust EMI immunity. Built-in status LEDs and an integrated OLED screen allow on-device viewing of key parameters—such as IP address, station number, and link status—without requiring external software, dramatically accelerating commissioning and troubleshooting. As a core communication node in the ODOT open automation ecosystem, the DN-8037 bridges master PLCs and distributed I/O with deterministic, high-bandwidth connectivity, enabling smarter, more agile, and maintainable production systems.
